I FOUND THE COMPANY'S WESITE AND SENT AND EMAIL......IN LESS THAN 5 MIN. I GOT AND EMAIL BACK AND THEY ARE SENDING ME THE MISSING PART AND IT WILL BE HER IN 3 DAYS. IT WAS A PACKING ISSUE. WE CANT WAIT TO USE THE PRODUCT I THINK IT WILL WORK GREAT! Without it, the product is unusable. I requested (via email) supply of the missing part from PahaQue Wilderness (with a follow-up three weeks later after no response). I will review the product more fully when it is complete. It seems quality control needs reviewing (mine was not the only floor with the adaptor missing), and customer service could do with some improvement. |
