Tried another brand last year. It didn't make it through the summer due to water pooling issues and the inevitable frame collapse. TheColeman seems to fit the bill. I use this shelter primarily for camping. Setup is fairly easy and quick. Shelter size is very good (placed over a large picnic table with room for a grill and room to cook)and the 10 by 10 footprint is great for narrow areas. Frame seems much sturdier than canopies I've had in the past. The shelter seems very stable but would probably use the supplied tie downs in windy conditions. No problems with water pooling or leaks. Rolling bag seems to be well made and has an expander to aid in getting everything back in (wish they had put a pocket on the outside for the canopy). I was pleasantly surprised by the small size of the bag and the weight of the unit. We purchased in June and by December the top had ripped to shreds. Might be good for occasional use but if you plan to use it a lot buy another product. Setup was quite simple. Top needs to be reinforced where it connects to frame. Over time the wind causes the top to rub against the frame and it wears then and then the top forms holes.
